a live mousetrap that can be placed throughout the house without fear of injury. there is an attractant in the object. when the mouse climbs inside through the opening, it can not go back the same way, as now the directional peaks block the way. the mouse is caught. the trap can then be carried outside to release the mouse over the back with the rubber band. by moving an eyelet on the band, the trap is opened.
